Save your money, don't use this product

- Does not give ban statistics unless you pay for VIP
- VIP which costs $20 + $5 VAT and gives you a discord role + low tier plugins that barely do anything. Paid monthly.
- Probably the worst and most dysfunctional forum of any client. You can't even post or discuss anything there, and navigating it is so horrible
- Awful website UX, and in the store 90% of the plugins don't have any real info. You have to get on discord, and talk to the developer to know what the hell the plugin even offers.
- Angry admin, known for banning people ON DISCORD which means you are not allowed to use the products, your account gets locked. And you have to "hope" that they refund your money.
- Very slow interface and high cpu/ram usage because of high amounts of conflicts with runelite, you have to manually disable plugins (even default runelite plugins) for most of the storm plugins to work.
- Frequent crashes, especially during mass world activities like tempoross and gotr
- Their community is discord-locked with gatekeepers brown-nosing the admins, permanently licking it

my discord was hacked and i recovered it and i cant join storm discord i want to use this product but how can i fix it so i can join discord and actually use this client i have paid before and i cant join the dscord can someone help me please
