can someone briefly explain what is AdBrite and how does it work? Also how do you make money off AdBrite?

With AdBrite, you submit your site into a type of "directory" based on its content + audience. People who are looking to place their ads on websites look around these directories; depending on your site's popularity (daily unique views, page rank, etc) these people will buy an Ad on your website. Then if you like the ads they are wanting to place on your website, you approve them, and they will appear within a few hours-days.

If your site is not visited often/popular, it would be better to go with Google's AdSense instead.

AdBrite take their (or people who pay them's) ads and compile them into sets that fit your site's criteria. You post them onto your site just like any old banner ad and when people click on them you recieve a portion of the payment that the companies give to AdBrite for marketing for them.

 

Adbrite is a CPC and CPM service for Publishers and Advertisers that pays out via Check/Bank for Impressions and Clicks. You need to set the widget to a keyword and it will show adds from advertisers based on your given keyword. You will need to effectively optimize the adds too so its more appealing for customers and viewers.

They dont really compare to Adsense (Adsense is better) though they pay the same methods as Adsense (Check/Bank). Its mainly used if you've been banned from Adsense (Sythe for example)..

I use Chitika which is a PayPal PCC, it pays good if you have high amounts of US traffic though :S
