Unfair Infraction From Solid Tank

I received an infraction for "spamming" that thread, when it was a thread created by me, asking a legitimate question.
No spam involved, I posted Twice.
once was the question, once was replying to people who posted.
SO teach Solid Tank the difference between spam and legitimate posts.
