Hi, I'm looking for sythe moderators to make a decision on wealth removed from a customers account whilst a questing service was completed on it.

The customer will be linked this thread to give any additional information they wish to / correct anything they believe I've said that is false or misleading.

p.s I would like to know if there's anything I should be doing differently in the future.
Currently, if a user wishes to leave wealth on the account that they explicitly state they wouldn't hold us responsible for, I've been fine with them just giving ollie (the quester) the account info and them remaining to have access to the account. If they however wish to leave wealth on the account that they want to hold us responsible for, a different system is used where they (the customer) dont have access to the account whilst it's being quested.

 

Before we start this dispute, I have been using sythe for a while and have spent prob around $2000 buying rsgp from multiple sythe users over the years, never had a problem, never been scammed/never scammed anyone, i always ask for a pm/use a mm... proceeding with the info........This guy (no lifer) aswell as ollie are the only people that had access onto my account, i literally changed my password a couple days before bc i knew i was looking for someone to do some quests on my account and i didnt want them knowing my all time password, i have an email and shit idk of me changing my password idk if it'll do anything, anyways... i see this guy is a $300 donor and i'm like... damn... he'll be trusted and i hire him... blame me? I pay him in 194m rs3 gp to do around 10 quests (i had 208m gp on my account) on my account (this was yesterday morning) and i am told they should be done by this morning... i wake up this morning and recieve a text stating that he just started this morning and there is no wealth on my account and no gear... hmm what has happening last night? i had full malevolent...tetsu... seasinger... deathlotus... all t85/t90... i left 15m on the account aswell as stated on the skype messaged and i also left my baby... A NOXIOUS LONGBOW (SHADOW) cost value/ 1150m (IT IS UNTRADABLE)... i tell him that and somehow he knows its dropped when pked? I'm pretty sure that if it did drop it would drop as just the bow without the dye, so nice job you fuckingidiot, you just removed a 900m dye from the game bc you're money hungry af, And then he tells me to transfer it? Lmao its a nox longbow DYED wtf u want me to do? I can't take off the dye... so to keep things from taking 20 minutes longer i state "i'll take blame for the nox"... i'm still thinking... wow this guy is a $300 donor NOTHING WILL HAPPEN... and boom... shit fucking happened... it's pretty fucking obvious that he scammed me and took all my shit himself... there is literally no value on the account... my bank went from like 360/380 to fucking 200/380... how tf is a 10 year old account with almost 2300 total going to have a bank vvalue of under 1m? Aswell as NO COMBAT GEAR (literally my chaotics all my dg shit and everything was taken off...)...i'm 99 pray... herblore... smithing etc... some of the most expensive skills in the game and yet my bank value is down to 1m? Also as you can see my bank tabs are apparantly down to 4? LOOOOL... Who tf uses 4 bank tabs? This shit's so obv that i was scammed ffs moderators, please don't dick ride him bc he's a $300 donor, he's a scammer and please remove him from sythe as i wish no one gets scammed from him as i just did... btw... is it just a coincidence this shit happened with him before? Please open your eyes and see the obvious. Remove this broke ass scammer from sythe, either a 1.5b rs3gp refund OR remove him from sythe... i have $$ i'll buy the rs3 gp back... idm... one or the other... thanks!

 

While I don't believe it's really relevant to the dispute, for anybody reading the dispute and making a judgement about myself I would like to state that my quester & I have been trusted with similar amounts of wealth (from what I'm reading it's 600m that he's claiming I could've gained from logging onto the account and cleaning everything off of it) in this kind of situation where it's a he said she said situation. I asked a previous customer and he says he's trusted us with ~500m in the same situation (where it would be he said she said if a dispute arose). If a moderator would like proof of this 1 on 1, feel free to contact me.

Additionally, I don't ever for any reason log into any accounts [where customers put the account info into group chat] to check out anything about their account. And my business skype is used in a seperate VM from the rest of my desktop.

To staff: When I say "I would like to know if there's anything I should be doing differently in the future." I really would like a clear authoritative answer made with the input of multiple staff members. The previous staff advice in such a situation is that what I'm doing is fine ( https://www.sythe.org/posts/24122683/ ), if this has changed, please do let me know.

 

M8 you prob thought that pking my box shadow bow would give you the full 1.2b cost of making it(nox longbow+shadow dye) +all the all t90/85 chaotics expensive non tradables you took from my account, i am not bothered by the missing gold on my account, i am bothered more by all the things ive worked hard to earn such at the chaotics, quest items, reward tokens, all the shit you destroyed when you didn't have too, as i said to you, i'm not a broke human who scams on sythe to make a living, I can buy the items back with no problem,(i'll have to work and get some of the other shit he destroyed back), i am bothered by the fact that you claim to be trusted and act as if nothing happened when clearly you and your friend were the only ones with access to my account, i am 100% sure you took these items off my account... it also bothers me that you're a "$300 donor" and most likely the mods will sway on your side and do nothing about this, all i want is for no one else to be scammed by you and your corrupt questing services, all and all, you're a low individual who has to scam for money and comes on sythe whenever theres an arguement made up against you riding mods dicks to allow you to keep doing your trashy services. It's my fault too, i shouldof taken pics of my bank or not told you that if the nox goes missing it's on me, my fault for trusting someone based off their donor status, i shouldof known better, i just don't want this to happen to someone else, once again, this isnt the first time he's been accused of stealing things from people's accounts.

 

Im putting my two cents when i ordered quests from no lifer i would have to give the password link to his quester. So neither No lifer and I would know the password until the service was done. Idk if he still does this method but thats what it was like for me.

 

For me he just had me send my password in the groupchat which included him, me, and his assistant (quester) in it, resultig in all of us knowing the password. (3)

Yes ofcourse, that's detailed in the webpage linked when the group chat was created with this user & then mentioned again 1 on 1 with him (linked, asking to make sure he's read it).

It shouldn't matter, i changed the password 2 days ago, it's obv only me, you, and ollie having access to the account, maybe i shouldof taken my time with this and not rushed going through it but as stated in the messages, i was in a rush to get to work and i didnt wanna spend all day giving you my info, i thought ME YOU AND OLLIE would be safe enough but obv i was wrong and one of you ended up cleaning my entire bank... even shit like my ovls(99 herb and acc has 1 OVL left on it) LOL... blue charms... and so much more shit as to where you'd gain nothing destroying it... why'd you do it man? Just to piss me off? Obv shit happened last night, no questing was done last night and i was told it shouldof been done by this morning, not recieving a message stating the questing is being started this morning

 

And idgaf about the $$ you took, i just want one less scamming service out of here, let's keep the "trusted" people(donors/long time accounts) actually trusted so people in the future don't have to worry about scamming services such as yourself, doing these sorts of things.

Getting a price

• Speak to Ollie for pricing. If you're interested at the price discussed with Ollie, then we move onto payment processing.

• If you're paying via Rs3 gp, Ollie can take payments, up to 300M per order.

Account Information

• Account information can be put into the group chat or more privately between just yourself and Ollie. Regardless of which way it is done, you should always change your account's password after a service has been completed by anyone.
• By default all noticeable amounts of tradeable wealth should be removed from the account beforehand, while you may trust me due to rep, vouches, etc & ollie due to me taking responsiblity for his actions during the order, it's [nearly] impossible to prove who's done what when more than 1 person has access to an account.
• If for some reason you cannot remove unnecessary tradeable wealth from the account (e.g ironman account) then you need to tell me and I will see if we're willing to take the order, if we are then we would do it with a different system. This would add a $4 increase in price to the order, regardless of the size of the order.

You never informed me on an option of keeping all the wealth on the account secure, don't make up fake bs

 

Where does it say that theres an option to give only give account access to one of you and be 100% secure that nothing goes missing?

 

It's obvious af that you took it idek why you're not banned yet... 60% of my bank went missing within 24 hours of me giving you the account info... you claimed it'd be done this morning... and this morning i get a text saying "i just started you shouldof left more gold on the account"

 

To staff:
The [optional and not used] system he's talking about gives protection via not giving the customer access to the account while it's being quested. It does move burden of proof more heavily on the quester & I in the event of any dispute (no disputes have ever arisen with it in use). To state that it's 100% secure would not be something I would tell somebody about it. It protects us (quester, myself & the customer) simply from the customer having access to the account at the same time as the quester.

The webpage explains the basics, as seen very clearly [imo] from what the user himself has quoted. Whenever a customer wishes to know more about my optional system, I then simply explain what they would need to do & they then decide if they wish to use that system.

If there's any allegations that the user brought up that you believe is something I should respond to, due to being potentially valid & relevant to the dispute, just let me know.

 

It mentions an "optional system" how am i supposed to know what that means? I mentioned that i have non tradables like my nox and you never brought that "option system" bs up? Nah m8, you were ready to scam that noxbow and all that shit yourself, that's why you kept all this "optional system" bs method quiet the entire time we talked about the questing service

 

This is a similar situation to his previous report. He did ask you to xfer all wealth off the account (I know you said the item was untradeable but there's no proof here showing that @No Lifer or his worker took the bow). Going to leave this open if any other mods want to add on but my opinion is that there is insufficient proof to show either @No Lifer or his worker stole any wealth from your account.

Also this Gyazo - e3b6e5284cc3ab857439f4ffd3f5134a.png you told him you would take responsibility for the bow.

Even if the official staff decision ends up simply being that I'm not responsible in this situation, I would still like some advice from staff on any changes I should make for the future. The only change I have decided on thus far is that I should be denying orders with notable amounts of wealth (250m max, likely lower depending on the rep of the person) where the customer would have access to the account during the service, inspite of them stating that they wouldn't be holding me responsible for it.

 

Damn that's cool, once again, as stated 5x, i already knew mods would just dickrick no lifer due to his $300 donor status, it's cool, this shit's corrupt af, no one cares about what's right as long as they get their share.

 

And as for proof, wtf do you expect me to have? A video of me standing behind this nigga as he's taking the items from my account? A message of him telling me "yes ive taken those items?" How tf do you expect me to have proof on this matter? I changed my password, gave them the account info, i was told the quests should be done by the morning, they weren't (obv was delayed while his squad was cleaning out my bank) and boom... shit goes missing from a $300 donor, it's obvious that i wasn't expecting to get scammed by someone who donated $300 to earn his rep...
