Stolen Accounts

If I saw a 2005 member with lets say 50 total posts all within the last two months is it safe to assume it was an account stolen from the Sythe database? If so is there any sort of report that should be filed against the account?Here is a profile of one such account and I'm sure more may show up (note this is just a question and if this account is still being used by the owner I apologize): http://sythe.org/member.php?u=43760

 

Yes report it, if they are innocent their join date will be changed to mid 2011 or so
