To finish, or to not to finish?

Basically I started a website design project hoping to possibly set-up a small cheap service ($10 - $200 for web designs) and I was wondering, should I continue with the design or scrap and restart?

Its a RuneScape related design, this is just the banner with some colour styles which I would be using.

 

I quite like it, what made you consider abandoning this? It has potential.

 

I don't know, just left it - didn't really think anyone would buy/want it that well, if I get some ratings from this I'll start it back up but I am just out of motivation right now.

 

Yeah just leave it and come back to it if your not motivated, wouldn't scrap this idea though!

 

Not much I can say about it, pretty basic stuff. Try getting more sophisticated. Use youtube and google to your advantage.

 

It looks fairly standard and professional to me . I like it.

maybe remove the the line under the header and add a small glow to the gold letters

while the whole thing is simple, i cant see any obvious faults with the overall design.

If you're asking whether people like the image, then, sure, it looks OK.
You haven't really done that much short of put a few layers beneath some text.
