2FA Removal from old account

Hey,

So I had an account on Sythe previously, which I got locked out off in around 2021 when I switched devices. I lost my authenticator codes to the account. Then I quit OSRS and didn’t use Sythe but now i’m back. So would like to try recover the account by removing 2FA if possible please.
