    3. Was told by a customer I had recieved a TWC on Sythe and was forwarded the issue. I resolved it as promptly as I could. As I had discussed with the person I had the TWC with I did not have the capability to refund at the time. I have since fully repaid that person and the OSBOT link to the thread containing all the pertinent info is contained below.
