I sent cash as a gift he said let me verify - then said thats fine then logged off.

 

need proof to suggest thats his runescape account (Gp Alt)

well how did you know that was him?

 

I asked him to prove he had the 200m i was purchasing, so he traded me to show it, and then he declined trade. Then he sent trade as i sent money and then declined and logged off.
