banned - wrongly

I am the original owner of the account. The account got locked when it was in his possession - fully secure. Nobody attempted to hack into as - as the buyer said. So therefore, the account was locked by Jagex probably due to drastic change in IP - which I have looked into and has occured on many occasions. However, once it was locked, the buyer came running back to me - telling me that they could not unlock it, which is not my fault... So now, you are expecting me to repay the buyer therefore I lost my account for nothing...

 

If you are the original owner, you can unlock the account for the user and everything will be fine.
