Report/post/reason that got you banned: never was reported for scam or anything just mod -video- was being cautious because i could not trade with him he thought i was attempting to scam but as it shows in my feedback i have never scammed even when they go first to me...
UPDATE: i guess an account on skype lead to me being an imposter but i never have my brother made the impostering account and it was way before i started to become active on sythe and i can say he never made a dine

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: well mod video has had me added on skype for a long time trying to sell me 300m he asked me two times the first time if i can do western union i said no (it was midnight no shops open) and then the 2nd time he asked me to buy it again but i asked him to wait for my brother to get home so i can check bank balance (this time he was accepting paypal from me...) and then he just bans me and says its to keep everyone on sythe safe... but i dont deserve a ban for this every single user on sythe can scam i have never and never will u only get banned if u scam which i have not i find this simply Jealous/ i was also affraid to trade him because i was under the impression he was hacked on sythe because the skype name was so weird i did not expect him to be the real one so thats preety much it i was banned unfairly.

You were also banned on epicnpc.com for scamming. I'm going to take this opportunity to post a pm I received after banning you.

The only reason i was banned on epicnpc was because after paying a guy for an item on dota 2 it got charged back but not from me this user charged back i used the money he had sent to me:

and there is no proof of this convo on skype i had with the guy and i know i didnt listen im here to prove what u thought i couldnt add me on skype: Fudgechips and i will show proof of the gold and bank account - negative balance on paypal due to (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1849004-loud-weed-scammer-recovered-money-back.html) btw that loud weed guy also added me on another skype to buy 1.350b which i sold to him using paypal again for about 500$ not knowing he was same guy and on the same day it got charged back..
i have never intentionally scammed anyone its been 3 months from an un fair ban but thats in the past i just want to come back to finish off selling my remaining rsgp (1b) and buy some nitendo wii u point cards / steam wallet codes ive donated to the site and i appologise for how i would have looked in your eyes video i understand how u feel because i was being quite fishy but ut skype name looked so fishy ik u pm me but ussualy people have there sythe names in there skypes so i didnt know it was you so i was just being cautious but now knowing it was you i will be more then happy selling to u and buying to u (me going first obv)

i dont see how i could pay him back my paypal is - 560 usd i just left the account alone unless the guy could take bank transfer or something i will pay him back but he told me he had already spent it buying steam wallet codes so i dont see why i have to pay him back considering he had spent them already
ive contacted him on skype but he blocked me the day it was charge backed so i really dont know what to do perhaps i can do a 80$ worth of RSGP giveaway to the sythe community.

i respect your opinion i know we have had up and downs but i also want you to know i'd like a chance to change after this i have learnt a few things during the ban process and im preety sure im ready to come back i mean if you guys still can not forgive me maybe give me a week trial of TWC or untill i recieve enough feedback.

 

Auto denied, basically you would of put his paypal in negative. You must pay all victims before making a pardon and you choose not to share this information with us.
