Xbox Related Sales Rule/Sticky.

These vulgar accounts that keep being posted for sale on the Xbox relates sales section is absurd, And should not be allowed. The accounts with these such gamertags are against Microsofts terms of use and will be banned from xbox live or be forced a name change meaning anyone who buys these accounts will be screwed out of the money in which they spend on the gamertag. Meaning its nearly as bad as scamming another member knowing this and still trying to sale the gamertags like this. If you need further proof that these accounts will be banned or be forced a name change, I will get you some. Its mainly common since not to buy these accounts but to protect members from losing/wasting their money I think this should be a rule and stickied until Microsoft patches this exploit.

Yeah they will just be banned, so its basically a scam. Support.

 

Without a doubt 100% agree, buyers need to be aware of this before they agree to buy any explicit GamerTag without knowing what could happen.

 

It is true that the account will be forced to change the name, sometimes even banned if the account has been forced to change the name more than once. My cousin had this problem with 2 account names "phukkin owned" and "Hi my name is Hitler" <--- It was something like that not sure if thats exactly it. But i 100% support this because this is definately considered a scam.

These accounts will soon be banned again they blacklisted them before and reset that.

I have locked the thread and taken care of it.

 

Thanks Dj, Its good to see an active member of the xbox section now a mod.

But still there should be a temp sticky to make the threads come around less. Than be removed once they get banned or blacklisted again.

 

I will see what I can do...I know they will be banned again soon enough, I had this talk with somone last night.

 

Well its been 2 or so weeks already. And hasn't happened to perhaps its going to be a while?

 

I think that maybe soon because I know a few people with spaced gt's that might get them unspaced.
