Note: I was not scammed - a good friend of mine was scammed by this user and he is unable to upload so I am doing it for him - At the very least get the word out that this user cannot be trusted

Scammer's profile link: Marciakas

Explanation of the trade: The user Marciakas offered to get full void [Thread Found Here -> Need Void] for my friend [Num1fifa - Profile Num1fifa ]
The odd thing in this scam, is the user actually completed the service, then proceeded to take a majority of the wealthy items from the users bank on Old School Runescape.

Amount scammed: 110M gold in a mix of items

How they scammed: Logged into the account after service completion and withdrew items from bank

Here is the conversation of Marciakas confirming the payment he received and showing that HE would be the one starting the job.




Pay attention to these images,
In the above screenshot, Marciakas says HE will be starting the job soon.
And after the scam occured, in these images you see Marciakas deny the allegations and instead blame his "workers". What workers? Where in the chat logs do you see him tell the user that workers would complete the service? marciakas said he would be doing it ...
Then proceeds to claim maybe a worker performed the scam, regardless it's his service and he is liable for any infractions done to the account under his name.

A photo of the users bank after it was wiped clean of the valuable items.

And here is a photo of the user Marciakas in a chat log with "someone" sharing the users account login information. Which appears to mean he was not doing the job himself, WHICH he confirmed he was doing it alone and did not acknowledge somebody else would be logging on.

I doubt my worker touched anything, I trust him and he was doing orders with bigger banks, moreover while doing this order he even changed weapon from tenticle whip so customer won't lose it. User probably fell a scam website or something. To avoid blaming me next time please change password after service is completed. I am waiting for mods to respond, can provide any screenshots if necessary

 

Mod please get involved, i just sent this guy $115 USD via PayPal for an account. Does the last IP logged-in match Marciakas's IP? I need to know if i file for a chargeback asap.

 

Don't worry, it was just scam by probably fake runelite website or something like that, all accounts are secure, mods can confirm IP is the same

 

Marciakas, you clearly don't understand the point or you're delusional ...

you STATED you were the one doing the level service, he hired YOU.
you then back tracked and blamed your WORKERS when there wasn't supposed to be ANY.

Do you see the issue here? Doesn't matter who scammed. It's your service, your fault.
End of story.

 

Yes, I admit that and will kindly accept TWC for not telling that my worker will work on this but there is totally no reason to blame me for scamming the bank because neither I or my worker did it.

 

Thread Update ~

Another user that I don't know reached out to me via discord to acknowledge he was also scammed by Marciakas and his "so claimed" workers.

was the second user affected and gave me screenshots to upload here.

You can see in this discord chat log, Marciakas admits a "worker" scammed on ANOTHER job and is giving an apology and offering SOME of the gold back that was taken ..
Why would a worker admit to scamming? Appears as though Marciakas is trying to play the victim card and keep his reputation throughout these scams ...




The odd thing here is Marciakas offers to refund part of the job, yet he never offered any repay for the initial scam from one of his workers?
And again EmarieIII was NEVER made aware of workers being on his account other than Marciakas ...


And with this followed up screenshot, you can clearly see Marciakas talking about this exact thread and how he wont receive anything other than a TWC for his scam on my friend, and doesn't even offer to repay.

That user is already banned, that was another worker, I am away now and can provide more info tomorrow

Why not reach out and pay him some sort of lump sum towards a refund? ..
You HAD a good reputation on here (no longer) and avoiding repayment doesn't look good.

Stop claiming allegations on workers, they are YOUR STAFF. Take responsibility.

I want mods to respond. All I deserve is DNT for not telling that job wasn't done by me. everything with another case was agreed and I have all the proofs. Can provide screenshots if needed

 

Just let me explain everything when I will be on pc, i can't take proper screenshots at the moment @EmarieIII was refunded and mm2 was completed instantly before all this report, I had very bad day with one worker and he is already reported and banned here on sythe. All among that was doing great jus I didn't mention I am not doing servives on my own, I have workers also.

 

I havnt been refunded for the untradeables I lost though. You just gave me the money back off my account that you originally transferred and did mm2 half off. Got about 100m+ worth of untradeables lost.

 

Once again user who did this is banned and you never asked for a refund for your untradables, I could do it but we agreed I will get them all back while you play in your pure account

The first time after I told you I was already sketched and that I’ve been fucked over a lot on sythe in the past then boom I get fucked over, kinda hard to trust a second time around I already got major trust issues as it is.
