    Has Darking and 2 unregistered profiles both used for his appeal/pardon, I figured it'd be safe to assume that if it was a VPN/Proxy ip, he wouldn't have gotten the same ip on Darking as well as on the 2 appeals... So it's more than likely a home ip match.
