Arcanists Xferring

Those of you who have played RuneScape for a while may remember the game Jagex created called "Arcanists".

I decided to check out Arcanists again the other day and was surprised to see that there's still a community.

I want to xfer my rating up to get Archmage because the community isn't really big enough and I'm not good enough to get it up legit.

Anyway, I just have a few questions for anyone who has done this before. I only want to do it once and I want to do it right.

1. How many accounts will I need?

2. After xferring for a while, one of my accounts will reach 0 rating and the other will probably be around 3000. At that point, will my main account even be getting rating anymore?

TL;DR: What's the best way to xfer in Arcanists?
