I have submitted a report to valve, I will get the account back. (I have supplied quite a bit of info)

We settled on a lower price anyway..

You must have the order info or the cd key to get the account back.

 

I have CD Key, and info on Credit Cards which have previously been used.

 

Valve probably won't be able to help you.

That same guy scammed me a couple days ago, I put a ticket in to Valve but I haven't heard since from them.

 

No STEAM usually takes 4 days to reply.
