not at all, it is one of the most trusted sites there is together with: http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/

If you have the physical DVD you also have a "card" with the steam key.
You should make a picture of it and write down your sythe username on it so people know it is for real. Ofcourse just blur out the key so no one will use it!

Else people will just go to one of these sites since it is cheaper
