REASON FOR account lock: paypal does not want to contact steam in order to remove the charge back that occured because of a credit card accident with steam, which was linked with my parents paypal. so what ended up happening was i ended up contacting support and they left me a message which pretty much said, hey its paypals fault we wont do anything till they contact us and paypal wants us to pay the 1000 dollars in charges which my wont so steam just locked the account until further notice.
