Offsite shady/attempted chargeback scamming [TWC]

This might be a bit confusing. Anyway, I certainly think this is TWC worthy.

Contacted me on ebay, not knowing I already had him on skype or that it's me on sythe. His buying price on ebay is way off what he says it is over skype, and I think he's trying to lure people off ebay to potentially chargeback scam them (where they don't have any sort of buyer protection) He's also breaking ebay rules by doing so.

clearly breaking ebay buying rules by asking me to discuss/trade outside of it.




states his buying price is 78 Euro per million, i'm selling on ebay at 132 euro. big difference, and really fishy.



added: His ebay account says it was created in Netherlands 2008 - he's from the US?
