WoW have to be fixed to "WoW: Cataclysm". TF2 Premium $5, but for Europeans - €5. Also many people UNDER 18 don't have their own credit cards, even if they have and try to add funds into their Steam Wallet, in most of the time Steam System is blocking 'em with strange msgs (tried few times + other of my friends tried too). With PayPal & MB (Verified) works.

About CoD4 - ya, price is higher, but Sythe is NOT an "US" forum. It's an international, in EU the game costs much higher, I get 'em for EU suppliers, so that's the best price I can give for that game (and some others).

In the end, as I mentioned on the first post of this thread (in the end), if you find somewhere cheaper price from your local game store, get it off there.
