    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : Ip match,may be a proxy?both mainly share interest in selling accounts,both use the term ''starter'' in their threads for an acc more than halfway done,bbdragon only took 07gp and accountsella only takes 07 gp and btc. Nothing else I could find though.
