Amount lost: 100-120$ btc + 20m osrs and what i have invested in the account, it has no value or use to me as a normal ironman or being trained from a Venezuelan ip.

Explanation of the trade: Second order with his services on my HCIM both times agreed & told the worker that he would be sure not to die & to use a vpn with a florida ip, but we never talked about what would happen if he did die or use the vpn.

How they scammed: The worker was not to die but never discussed what would happen if this did occur but after it has, is using a cop out of that per his "guidelines" he would only return the value of what was not completed. I never read a tos there is not one posted anywhere that i could find or was i asked if i agreed to one. Accounts being trained by venezulans are being banned & with the talk of what they are going to be doing about discord services i DID NOT want a ip out of the country on my account i made this very clear. The main issue that i have is the account has no value to me as a normal account my current ironman is over 2k total and it could be banned at any point for the ip. Also to just replace the rune arrows the account has from lms required 100lms wins before the nerf this would require 3x that now which would cost almost a bill itself from what i paid for the first 100 wins.

After the account died we agreed that he would keep the bitcoin, finish the quests & do 2 other things get 91 thieving & 83 hunter so i could get the value i have invested back out of the account which was acceptable to me i just wanted an end to it. But now the account has no value to me at all & the person that i was going to sell it too wants nothing to do with it either.

I asked @Gladiator to move this thread back as Ambiguity went back on his word and I need further assistance from @King

We came to an agreement that his worker would complete all the quests in 6-7 days time frame starting the 19th or he would return the btc to me & still finish the Quests, the Hunter & Thieving levels we agreed upon for him breaking the tos of using a vpn and killing the hardcore.

He has since then threatened self harm and got off discord but is still on the forum doing stuff.

 

Dude, come on... we are already doing so much stuff for free, you claimed to even already have a buyer for the account after it's done. It's around 50 quests + 83 hunter + 91 thieving for the price you initially paid for the quests alone (which was already cheap). In fact, you were happy up until yesterday since you ordered 4 more quests and paid extra money for them to be done.

Now apparently he wants a full refund because the worker is offline and there are 5 quests left for the original order and the deadline ends in a few hours. I don't agree with that.

If he wants a refund, I'll refund him for the quests that are yet to be done. My worker already completed almost everything; this person is extremely bipolar and impatient, I'd advise against anyone doing business with him.

What a loss this is for him! A few extra hours past the estimated deadline, and he already has a buyer for the account. He just wants free money at this point.

What a joke yes i did add quests to be done afterwards because i had forgot they were not on the list & your worker was behind anyway, but that has nothing to do with what is going on you and your worker are extremely unprofessional half the time you dont even know what is going on in your own ticket. I told you earlier that it took your worker 10 hours to do 4 quests and you didnt even know. And the deadline is done this is not what i offered it is what you offered you told me 6-7 days & if they were not done you would return the bitcoin & finish it. You guys started on the 19th its now the the end of the day on the 28th i want to wipe my hands clear of you any other service owner would have had this one days ago. Clearly im not trying to get "free money" out of this i sent your worker 20$ in bitcoin so he would get his shit together and do the work.

I will also add to as far as me being dipolar and inpatient not only did they manage to kill the hardcore ironman they violated the only agreement we had and that was to use a vpn & then after this all happened & we had came to some kind of agreement of reimbursement which i only accepted because i knew he would not make me a new hardcore with everything i had done. He told his worker he was to do 10 quests a day, post screenshots & that the time frame would be 6-7 days or he would return the money and the worker agreed i believe at the end of day 7 there was around 15 quests left and they are some of the longest on the list and there was 2 days where the worker either just did not log in or only did 2 quests i feel like i have been more than understanding at this point all i did today was talk to him and ask him if he was going to still pay the worker and quoted his message back to him & the reply i got was him saying he was going to kill himself then he went offline on discord. I instantly checked my rs account his worker was still not on discord but my runescape account was logged in and gladiator gave me permission to manually recover it.

At this point its just all bad there was no good. The worker was told not to die he died, worker was told to use a vpn he didnt, worker was told and agreed to doing 10 quests a day he didnt, work was supposed to be done in 7 days or the btc would be refunded and he would still finish it he didnt & threatened to kill himself....

From the get go that he died i would have liked to just have had him train a new hardcore back to where i was but he said himself that he could not do it for free.

 

Firstly, you (@Ambiguity) agreed to refund the $120 btc payment if the quests weren't completed on time, despite trying to lie to me on Discord:

The remainder that you owe is for killing the HCIM, Mastiff asked you to create a new account for him which you said you couldn't do for free, so you both agreed to 50-91 thieving and 40-83 hunter. Given the poor quality of service, multiple delays and the second report, you will no longer be doing the service for him. He's trained some levels himself, and I've searched around for some quotes for 53-90 thieving & 51-83 hunter; I've been quoted ~200m for hunter and ~200m 07 for thieving for both skills from fairly reputable skillers.

You are to pay @Mastiff 400m 07 or the equivalent ($190 btc) so he can complete those skills elsewhere. Once this has been paid, the debt will be settled

 

Just paid 400M, I'm sorry this had to happen. Well deserved to me, I'll take it as a lesson learned and will make sure nothing similar happens in the future.

Thank you. @Mastiff has been more than fair on numerous occasions. Despite his account being ruined, he agreed for a lesser compensation than rebuilding from scratch and unfortunately you still delayed his work, over and over again.
