    Starting gym at the end of the month advice?

    You rest on Sundays bud, the body parts you don't work on specific days are the rest days for those specific targeted muscled. Six months ago I was 6'3 180lbs today I am 6'3 225lbs it works.

    hit gym 5 days a week. 2 days rest. 9-12 set for bicep,tricep,abs,shoulder. 12-16 set twice for chest,back and legs and u good to go.

    The hardest part of getting back to shape is actually STARTING! :p Don't say you're starting at the end of the month, just start now or tomorrow! Continue that routine and you'll get the hang of it. Try different exercises and keep elevating your resistance to weights and exercises.

    might be late on replying but start out slow if you havent already.

    also i dont get why people separate shoulders from chest when your shoulders are being worked on the chest day, a good way to hit a plateau with shoulders imo.

    If you want to grow dont listen to healthy eating tips straight out, especially if your bulking out just go to the gym and enjoy it for a month figure out what you want then start adjusting, if you think you can get into the mindset by clicking your fingers think again.

    I would go there and train 5 days a week and my best advice is start on a Monday if this is possible and end on a friday. Since i was 15 ive been in the gym body building on and off for years, and when i go back to it if i start the gym on a tuesday, guess what my mindset cant be bothered, however if i start at the beginning of the week i have the will to finish what i started and i get into a rhythm.


    Make sure you get protein onboard in your food or supplements.

    i always got told 2 x (your weight in kgs) = your weight in grams for how much protein you want on board, so if i weigh at 110kg i want to take on 220g of protein, and if im bulking i want double the amount of protein in carbs.

    stay focused, but enjoy it don't just think youll see gains in the first month

    Keto diet and fasting, and short fast workouts , i workout heavy with short breaks inbetween sets my workouts last 25-35minutes, this way less chance of quitting long term, and i feel amazing since i cut carbs/sugars out of my diet and been on keto, Fats regulate hormones and the small amount of carbs the body needs it can produce itself, body needs fats to regulate hormones and protein to build muscle and do few other things.
