Starting a new job - paper converting warehouse

I care about my health a lot.

With that being said, is there any recommended exercises I should do on a daily?

Please help me out here.. Want to make sure I keep my body in shape!

 

Congratulations and good luck on your new job! General health and safety which i'm sure they will go over with you is important. Not to be a parent.. but we all know how important it is too bring a nice healthy lunch as well !

Good to try to keep in good shape and stretch before you work as well. I work in a woodcutting shop so there is just so much dust in the air from the saws, horrible for the lungs, so any proper PPE you can wear as well is always a bonus.

wednesday shoulders
friday back
mix some cardio in between
core on tuesday or thursday

 

Monday is international chest day
