RS3 Crafting 85-90 SUGGESTIONS please

Hey guys!
I am working on maxing, I have a struggle with figuring out 85-90 Crafting being I am limited on GP, most of my money I'm saving for construction (sc hammers), and prayer.

I was thinking of doing bracelets via edgeville furnance.
The most I want to spend on 85-90 crafting is 15-20M...More towards 15M if possible. I wanna at least use a method that is upwards of 80-100k+ xp / hr. Anything lower than 80k / hour I am not willing to spend that amount of time on one skill. I'd just get more gp and do a more costly method. Would also be useful if you could post whether or not to use sapphire bracelets, emerald bracelets? as well as xp rates for each.

Honestly bracelets are the way to go.

You can try buying d'hide and crafting it but that's pretty expensive.
Or making battle staffs would be the fastest xp. You can buy bulk from RSOF.

But both these ways are pretty costly..

I would use green d' hide bodies with SC needles but the cost is around 50-80M I believe. I only wanna spend 15-20M 85-90 >__<

I will probably just make bracelets but we'll see
