Starting a CSGO Comp team

Hello guys, i bet all of you are just as tired as me of getting shitty teams in a comp match, making it impossible to win and rank up.
So I have decided to make up a good csgo team so we can rank up efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be Silver 3+
-Must get at least 15 kills a game​

silver 3+ , get 10+ kills a game LOL with those requirements you will lose most matches.

lol half the people i get matched up with cant even get 10 kills a game..

 

i just got demoted to silver 3

 

I mean ill queue for comp, but not as like an official team. I just smurf silver lol

 

dont think you need to spend your time finding a team, should try and get out of silver first

 

thats the problem.. its impossible when your getting matched with shitty players or smurfs throwing the game..

 

If you can get me a silver smurf i'll come have fun with you guys haha.

 

I was excited when I read the title, but silver 3+ ? Damn.

 

actually no is not impossible is really quite easy at those ranks you can either take over and call strats (tell them what to do) I suggest the person with the most game sense on the team should be calling strats, or just take the bomb yourself and win it in your own. I will tell you right now at those ranks it is very possible to 1 v 5 a lot of these rounds and is not like you will have to 1 v 5 all rounds unless you have 4 derankers or trolls. In nova ranks and aks I had to frag from 40-76 kills a game to win or else we would of lost. Now you can start blaming people at ranks like lem or higher because even if you are really good, people do have some sort of game sense at these ranks and will try and trade the kill.

Uhh, Silver is literally a walk in the park. The only issue I have in Silver is trying not to rank up. You need to improve as a player first rather than relying on other to carry you. Silver on CS:GO is like Bronze on League, very easy to get out of once you actually start practicing/learning the game.
