Spots

Waddup guys.

Right, basically I have quite a few spots on my face, my skin is oily and I find it hard to get rid of them. I have some which come just below my face on my neck, and my back is covered in them.

95% of the time they wont hurt, but sometimes they do. I just really wanted to ask if anyone knows a way to get rid of them. I've tried everything from towels on your pillow before sleeping (LOL) to tables at the doctors etc. Does anyone else try to hide them when they go out etc, for example concealer and shit? They fuck up my confidence personally.

I don't try to hide them. Sometimes if i don't shave for like 2 days the hair will just cover them up. so that works for me

 

I used to have Acne, it was pretty horrible. Personally i found that strongly minted toothpastes had a good effect on my spots in the short-term, it cleared it up briefly, however the spots would re-appear in like 5days. I went to the Doctor eventually where he perscribed tetracycline too me, this took control of my acne and cleared it up for good. In general though all i can do to recommend is that you keep your skin clean by washing daily (perhaps with facial scrub), stoping smoking if you do (helped my skin majorly, not too mention my lungs), and try not to touch your face with dirty hands.

I will look into the minted toothpaste and the tetracycline, see what my doctor has to say about it.
