NO Refunds will be available after 24 hours of purchasing the account, refunds may be considered within 24 hours of purchasing an account though I hold the right to reject a refund. (Any items removed/lost/altered on an account purchased will automatically void any chance of refund.)

You understand that any bans/mutes acquired after the purchase of an account from me has been your own wrong doing, whether that be directly on the account purchased or by association of IP from another account you have broken rules on.

You are REQUIRED to change the password and any relevant details after you have purchased an account or a service has been completed.
