Starter HCIM 99 FM 77 Fishing Price Check please

Hey Guys,

Looking to sell my HCIM I started up a month ago, as I've lost interest and gone back to my max level ironman.

This is the relevant information; HCIM Sale Price Check

It's already set up to do birdhouse runs/seaweed runs etc, which I've started doing, as well as tree runs. I've basically followed Oziris's guide up till now.

I feel like it's probably worth between 100-150M, but could be completely wrong. Could people please give me some valuations?
