Buying Level 3 Skiller, Max Budget $30

Hi, I want to buy a hand-trained level 3 skiller account. I would prefer it to have woodcutting experience and or mining. I just want something I can use to get started on with. And if you'd like to include GP to it, I can pay extra for the GP (if you're charging around market price). I'm only willing to work with people with reputation, and I'm willing to go first!
