Services not provided as described.

Okay, not too sure under what category this goes under. So, I'll try my best to make this very simple/clear.

So pretty much on the 08/10/13 I ordered a 150 Referral Service from OneStopGaming on his thread provided here.

He indicated that the time before my order would initially begin is about 24-48 hours which was fine since both parties agreed that he would complete 75 Referrals, I pay 37.5USD, 75 Referrals, I pay the remainder of 37.5USD.

By the 12th he has indicated he had finished about 80 which were yet to show up on my RAF page.



Days went on and finally by the 16/10/13 ~67% or 100/150 referrals were complete.

On the 17th I contacted him again about payment and took his word since he said it was complete. So I paid him in full.



The following image shows that he received his payment as per agreed upon for the 150 referrals.



Now the days go on and nothing updates and I'm sitting here waiting in hope that something happens and is just stupid..



Here he states clearly that it takes from 24-36 hours to show up.



An update as of right now to prove I'm still waiting...

So, what I'm requesting is, either I chargeback and pay him for the 100 complete referrals which I received. So chargeback the full amount and re-send him 50USD.

or

He compensates me in a manner for this excessive time that myself and most likely other parties have waited since this is pretty stupid.

Additional Information:

Normally he's online on Skype 24/7 so if you do leave him a message he does reply. Now he's offline completely and appears he's trying to avoid questions completely.

Also, when I first contacted the user this seemed really shady. The following image depicts that he had a previous Sythe account, but started a new one for a new name. But when I requested the name of the account to see the history behind it, he declined. I mean, if you have an unbanned account on Sythe and legitimately wanted to hop from one to another without ANY interaction, it should be reasonable to show that account to another party.

12 def tank requested my OMMing service to MM trade between him and onestopgaming
12 def tank paid me in 07 gp and covered fee on 18th October
Service is still not completed, not even started and we lost contact with him. He doesnt respond to us on Skype, Sythe PM and sythe posts

I will go ahead and ban this user for incomplete service/intention to scam.

Give him [reasonable] time to contact you before you try to reverse the payment as technically some of the service was done. If you need my assistance further, please feel free to contact me on skype to discuss this.
