• This is the thread showing that I scammed a BGS and Zammy Spear in-game (OSRS). This scam took place 4 months ago in July. I am fully aware I scammed the items. At that point in time I was going through a rough time IRL and scammed a friend in game 30m, sold the gold and my osrs account, and then quit sythe/change the registered email/pass to something random to "delete" my sythe account. This was very scummy to scam 30m...

• I reached out to him but never heard back for a while. I then messaged sythe admin "super#1161" and he told me about the BTC sythe community fund. Here is the screenshot of our discord conversation Super-sythe

• Here is a picture of me speaking to Pendulum and showing that I sent the BTC funds to the community channel and he reached out to the victim to refund his items. The victim finally responded to me after I sent the BTC funds to the community fund. Here is a screenshot showing what I just said Pend-sythe

• Me and him have been talking again and hope to play again together. He knows I fucked up and we were actually really good pals. We would discord and boss together for months before I sadly scammed him.... =[

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: As stated above I clearly SCAMMED him and never responded to the sythe scam post because I quit sythe and osrs by then. I was then DNT'ed and now I am back and looking to get back into playing video games/using sythe's services again. TBH I only saw the scam report once I decided to come back to playing games this week.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I think I mentioned it above but basically we were bossing together on discord at CORP in OSRS. He has lended me many items before as I said earlier, we were good pals and in the same clan chat. I knew I had to focus on IRL job so I knew I was going to quit OSRS and sell my account. I then decided to just keep his items that he lended me and simply sell them for $ along with my osrs account.

This is my second pardon. The first one went to voting and I was denied. I paid my dues and its been over 6 months since my first pardon. I hope you guys can see that I have changed and will not scam again. I paid my dues after I scammed plus more. I still feel shitty about what I did but know that I've changed as a person. I graduated school now and am looking to play games/use sythe when off work. Please re assess my pardon now
