    Its not that good, the colour scheme isn't looking good and the text isn't that clear.
    You may want to look at how to make the text more visible.
    The stock also doesn't really fit with all the colours in there, you'd be better off makeing the background blue-ish instead of red.

    I agree with kinaesthic - possibly try to put a blending layer with not 100% opacity, or even better, a few photo filters?
