Alright first i'm already sorry for my bad Englsh I'll try my best on this.

So today I created this thread: Looking for 60-99 rc Training best rate wins

It is about that I am looking for a Runecrafting service from 60-91/99 I wanted the cheapest and best service so I took some offers. A few hours later a guy adds me in Skype called Won-wcard | Ask pm before trade! His Skype ID is "Won-gold_gold". I know many of you will tell me now "You Idiot you fell for an Imposter you should have checked skype id!" But please just read this to the end and determine after that.

Yes i know I should have noticed that it isnt the Skype ID from his Sythe profile but I have not much experience with scamming or getting scammed so i was just blindly blown away by his Vouches. Please keep reading...

Here is how the conversation started:



Alright so I had a chat with this guy. He was showing me his Vouches etc and I was in belive that this guy is legit. So we were talking about the process, how much it would cost, and what payment type he preffers. He told me 297M for Rc 60-91 and i aggreed on that.

After that i told him to PM me to confirm it is actually him and I dont waste my time talking with him so he sent me this on skype:



Here is the really fishy part. As you can see his first answer on Skype the "let me pm u first sir" came in at 17:31 which is 05:31PM in non 24 hours timesystems. His 2nd message confused me a little bit "can do 0.88 my fees now" but after he told me that it was a wrong chat I didnt think about that message anymore. He might dealing with another customer I tougth. His next message was "pm sent" sadly we cant see it on here but it came in at 05:32PM you can see that my message came in at 05:33 so it could fit the time stamp. After that I checked my Sythe Pm's and this is what i got from him:



So as you can see he sent me this message at exactly 05:32 PM which is the time he said that he sent the PM. What you can also notice is the exact same text he texted me on Skype before when he said "wrong chat". Its the Sentence "can do 0.88 my fees now" again. Sadly I didnt look closely to this PM. I just saw the 297M in the chat and checked if he was legit saw the join date the posts and checked his activity. Seemed legit. He just copied the skype conversation with me and edited the text. He made the PM look like i bougth gold from him or he buys gold from me idk i dont understand this message tbh but yea it was already too late when I noticed that.

Lets move on.

Since I didnt have that much gold I told him that I would pay in BTC and if that is fine for him. Here's his answer.



So since i can get the 297M cheaper than 317 USD I told him that I'd buy the gold somewhere else and he said that if I cover the fees he would take 300f falt for the gold "the service" . He then proceeds to send me his BTC Address and how much BTC that would be.




So I sent him the BTC and we got him into my Account. I changed my pass before I gave him my data and sent him my authenticator code in belive that this guy is legit.

What happend after that was just a pure Nightmare...

After the BTC transaction had enough conformations for his desire he sent me this



at first I tougth it was a bad joke but I realized quickly that he isnt joking.. He threatened me to send him another 300$ in BTC or else he would drop all my stuff and level my attack. I tougth to myself what stops him from asking for antoher 300$ BTC if I pay him now? So I didnt.

So this is my account now:




He dropped everything I had including fcape, torso, fighterhat, traded the tradables over (dont know why he left the Eternal glory) and leveld my attack from 1 to 4.


Well thats it for me with runescape he destroyed my hard work which I put in so many hours and so much love. Its now up to you wether you call him an Impostor or that he actually scammed me... I know for fact he did it.

Edit: All in all I lost 300$ BTC, 150m gold in Items and my beloved account... Take care guys.

 

I'm not sure how many of these double impostor scams are going to happen. As soon as you see the PM and the skypes don't match up, you stop. Simple as that.

Impostor is doing a double impostor. He is talking to you and the real won at the same time hence the pms. Is your skype live:king_keve?

Closing this report as it's another obvious double impostor scam. I'm deeply sorry for your loss as i'm actually quite upset that your account was ruined as well.

In the future, please double check pms and the skypes that are mentioned. As soon as you see something off, just stop. Little details can save you hundreds of dollars, and more importantly, your accounts.
