Nexus Response to "Emails"

This part would be highly amusing

 

That sly Fagex..... Hope they send everyone that email so they can look like a failed company that they are.

 

Quick run down..

Nexus is claiming that Fagex illegally used information gained in with a LEGAL subpoena - Therefore Nexus is sueing Fagex over the "emails"
Tentatively expect bots to be back up in two weeks.

 

I wonder why I never got the email? I have the same for account as bots, brought from most resellers and ibot it's self

 

If you filtered out the "phish" emails it is possible that this email was filtered as well.

 

Interesting, although the statement on when/if there bot will come back was very short, although it did say more updates soon etc, but yeah, it seems legit and I really hope to see that on the homepage apologizing lmao.

 

I believe there was alot of focus in filing this case to prevent fagex from taking further action against their customers.

You obviously didn't read what happened..

To summarize again, Jagex successfully subpoenaed paypal to provide details of transactions (people buying nexus bots). Impsoft lawyers quickly filed a motion complaining about it. Jagex and their lawyers stated that the information would not be seen by any jagex employee and no action would be taken with it. Impsoft lawyers sued to make it illegal for them to show jagex employees this information. By using this information Jagex has broken the law, thus impsoft's lawsuit stating so.

Jagex has no proof of my +500$ account botting.
They only know that I bought bots, and this info is obtained illegally.

 

Impsoft is requesting that the court order Jagex to stop attempting to detect and ban bots. That's pretty amusing to me.

 

I didn't get the email cause I'm a BAMF and my Paypal email is the name of my botter.

Gooe luck with the lawsuit, I doubt anything will actually happen with it.
