Tank Build?

Hey, so I'm in the process of creating a tank. So far I've decided Im going with 77 prayer, 99 magic, 99 range and 70 defence (I'll max out 99 defence when I get bored with 70). The only thing I can't decide though is what attack and strength levels I should try to achieve. I have 149 attack and strength levels to gain whilst still being range and magic based. I've talked to a few maxed tanks and they told me that they regret going 78 attack and 70 strength, and that I should try to achieve 60 attack and 90 strength. Do you guys have any suggestions for the attack and strength levels?

 

if you want a completely range / mage tank.. just stay att like 1 and 1... or get the attack levels needed to hold the mage weapo0n. and stay 1 str

 

I'm 99 Range, 96 Mage and 80 Def. 48 Attack and 55 Str. Once I get 99 Mage i'll decide what to do with the Att/Str levels.

If you're deciding what to do (i.e what account to make) i'd say make a tank, good fun to PK on and to PVM on. Goodluck on your choice.

 

I'm already in the process of making the tank, currently I'm at 50 range, 77 prayer and 94 magic, 1 attack and 1 strength. It's just those attack and strength levels that are bothering me, I can't decide what the best option would be. You have any ideas with what you want to do with yours?
