Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:All victims confirmed with @Yoshiki that been paid, we had group made, that no longer exist, but i can still contact victims if needed for them to say that they been paid.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:I now understand bad trading practices were made from my side and it wont happen again, other things were just domino effect because of it, also many things stated were not true, but it was and is sorted. I am sorry and i do apologize to everyone involved. Overall Its sad and i do think my punishment has been more then enough at this point. Nothing different to say from my last pardon, some things i want to ask:
1. what i understand
-1st pardon denied cuz too little punishment(need more time then 3months as a lesson) - I fully understand the reasoning here.
-2nd pardon neekos drama, even tho i was the victim who actually lost money, ok I understand that i did buy stolen property which i didn't even get at end. Honestly, as you know I was in serious debt and I wanted a way out. Again stupid decision on my behalf, but I have spent nearly a year now learning from my mistakes and creating a very very good discord server. Serving members from the largest clans such as oblivion, with no bad feedback, you can check my discord to see this. Very high end names, all paying me first, all receiving good service. I used my previous mistakes to improve my overall practise, and I believe it is now obvious of this.
This will be my 3rd pardon, I fully understand my previous pardons and now, looking back on reflection, it was the right thing to do. It has gave me time to think and adjust my own practises. I think it is clear I have spent hours and hours trying to provide the best service possible.

2.During the whole ban duration we were doing only good, and providing people with great service(corp boosting) If you dont believe me, we have vouches there, and u can see and ask our customers themselves who used our service of how they feel about my service. Also the amounts we have delt with should prove that im more then trustworthy to return, if thats the reason you don't feel I have served the correct punishment.

3.If u think service itself is shit and have delays, only form of marketing we have is WORD OF MOUTH(friends refer friends) and im sure if service was bad no one would recommend us to anyone, but thats not the case. You can see from our list, we have a consistent 50 members in the queue for pets, all paid and all receiving the service. This alone proves the amount of trust I have built over the past 6 months.

4.From time to time, the sythe topic comes up, and the question i get is "WHY ARE YOU BANNED ON SYTHE" From my perspective at this point I feel I have served my punishment and I have to allow my reviews and word of mouth to prove this. If possible i would love to return and get well known and provide my unique service here in sythe community that no one here has. I really feel like scythe was a great platform for me, it is where I started and hope to return to. In my long standing partnership with this community, I feel it will only be fair to donate a large amount to the community to again, show how I have changed.



Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Hi everyone,
So I was banned back in September 2022 for taking orders that I could not fulfill in the time frame given. There where many reasons that led to this happening. GP price crash, lack of Corp drops, lack of personal funds, Large amount of debt that was owed to me by other server owners that did eventually get paid but by that time it was to late I was banned. The gold that I did have coming in at this time I had to sell to pay my workers who reply on the income I provide for everyday life expenses without there hard work my whole business collapses. I'm not trying to shift the blame though the main reason to my downfall was me taking on orders that relied on other people paying me what they owed so I could fulfill the orders my intentions where never to scam anyone I just had to keep everything moving so I could catch up.
I have paid everyone back in full. I have continued working with old and new customers. My Corp pet service has taken off in the last few months and have now completed 50+ pets orders and have sold 200b+ GP since this ban I am committed to being legit(all outside sythe which is allowed) as my fulltime income and my workers income relies on it.
The events that ultimately ended with me getting banned will not happen again nor will any other intentional rule breaking. I have seriously learnt from my childish behaviour and I have come to realise, quick cash deals aren't the way I need to go to overall hit large intakes. Instead, with proven reviews, a reliable service is the way I want to portray myself.

NGL was angry last time and lashed out. Silly mistake and people make them. Had a lot of going on etc and it tipped me over the edge. Nothing happened at end and it didnt effect my business. Please forgive me and bring me back!!!
