Claiming he has over 100 vouches on Sythe and tries using it to get people to trust him offsite, probably looking to scam people.

Edit: Noob Video said last night over skype that this would be the equivalent to a 2 week ban/TWC for fake vouches but then stopped answering me so down with noob video 2k16

 

I don't think this is worth punishment, but I'll let video give is input.

 

I misunderstood what you said on skype and to his credit he does have 50+ vouches. Slight misrepresentation of his vouches offsite yeah I don't think this is anything to punish for
