    Staff shouldn’t be allowed in hidden mode
    Hey, so I think staff should be available to the public if they are online.
    A lot of people who are having urgent issues usually PM staff that they see online at the time,
    obviously if they are hidden, people won’t be sending them urgent requests. I’m aware staff have
    a right to their privacy, but members also have the right to a community focused staff members
    who have a willingness to help with their concerns and issues.
    By all means if we had a live chat that was on 24/7 then they could be as hidden as they please,
    but until such time as that happens, it only seems fitting they appear online for the public.
