I was going to buy the runescape name 'Evil' from him/her. We met in game, I showed him the 800m for evil while he was on evil.
So basically after I show him it he messages that he needs bonds for name cHange and that his bank was in an item that sells for 100gp in ge but ge says 6k.
He also tried to make me give him two bonds while he would actually only need one since you get a free name change.

Isnt this an easy report?
I have no clue what is taking you guys so long, all you guys do is give them more time to scam and that really is sad.
After this is done you guys have lost a member.
