Stable RS Client in VB.NET

Hey whenever i create a webbrowser and make it so its a runescape client and debug it, when the client loads up its in position correction buy by time i get to the login bit the ads appear and push the client down the screen off the form a little bit, any ideas how i can stop this from happening?
