Just finished watching Babadook, not sleeping tonight.

The film doesn't have cheap jump scares, just very sinister-esque.

 

I watched it a couple days ago after reading Nero's post here. It's the only horror movie, that I can recall of, that actually gave me chills watching it. This is what real horror should be like, not like others that focuses on when the audience would least expect a jump scare.

 

Thanks for reminding me of this film! Saying my goodbyes to my wonderful dreams!

Best horror movie of the last 10 years. Horror directors really need to take a tip from this woman and learn how to build suspense and tension.
