Skype arcanebelal is a match, banned on PB for an unknown reason but the last thing I could find was him scamming someone in 2014. Repaid in the end so he was only restricted, but now he's fully banned.
Shown in the report is him blatantly lying about the scam as well.

I've banned him. He can explain this in a dispute. I'll also ask a powerbot mod on skype for his ban reason.
