Scammer/phisher: Dipshoe

From my understanding, this user was unbanned in may of this year after having requested multiple pardons.

I suppose if selling his guide on scamming people were his only offence, then I suppose that may be understandable to give a second chance. However dipshoe was not honest in his pardon, because he also helps phish people.

After seeing this report, Dipshoe is also LYING and saying that the Jake account is not him and that since its on another site it doesn't matter:

However, in addition to the multiple skype matches over several years, just for fun, I noticed that immediately after viewing this report, the user "jake" on RM instantly logged on.



And now that he has been caught, he is trying to play it off as if his skype and sythe account have been "hacked", and that explains why Jake is "impersonating" Dipshoe. I assume he thinks that it will remove the guilt or something? Idk pretty stupid imo.
