My First Legit Tag // Venom

Hey guys
I just made this new tag and wanted to see what you guys thought of it and some CnC !
Thanks to Nero for giving me some tips.

One thing I must say... Nero, come at me bro



After some of the CnC, I edited the tag and produced this.
I tried to add some depth by blurring a the parts of venom that would be slightly away from you but also away from the focal point. I don't know if thats what your meant to do lol but it looked like depth to me Also I added a fractal and duplicated it a couple of times and positioned them. Then I just turned their opacity down. I also darkened the area around the arm so that it is less bright and doesn't attract you as much as before. I also messed around with a gradient and edited the curves.



This time, I i blurred the render a bit, and darkened the arm a bit. Also I made his mouth slightly brighter. I also added 2 of the same fractal.

 

Looks cool, but has no real depth.

It's a little basic, but overall I like it!

It's way too sharp on the render (Upper right hand corner), to the point of it being pixelated. I'm also drawn too much to the right arm, almost like there is some sort of stroke on it.

Don't take this as me trying to argue but...
I thought the render looked kinda cooled being sharpened this much lol
But yes I agree with being drawn to the arm :S But I don't know what you mean by stroke on it lol
I'm going to try fix some stuff and repost it.

Overcontrasted.

 

If it is your first one, then you did a pretty good job. Try and make it so that when someone looks at it they are drawn into the focal. So basically work a lot on shading.

 

Ok I don't know much really how that happened, I didn't mess with contrast one bit but ty for cnc.

so by shading, i have to darken some areas a bit more? almost to be like a spot light on the focal?

First one looks ace, even though the upper arms abit bright it looks very sicks till and do you accept rsgp for any graphics? i'd love to have one made up for myself ill pay well if needed

I really like it buddy. I think the right arm in the Original render was way too bright anyway, so you've done a good job to get it to the stage on the last one.

I like the first one the most, the text stands out more which makes the whole thing look better.

 

Yeah thats true, I don't know what i did to drop the opacity of the text :S
