Question about IRC

okay so i created a IRC room and i was looking to put a Dice bot in it and was wondering if it was a hard thing to code? I study in Computer Science and we program in Java language but im only half a year into it so im still on basics i got up to coding with vectors and stuff like that.

If it is really too hard to code for me right now, are there any dice bots out there or is there someone i could hire to code me one? preferably someone trusted

There are some people selling their versions on here actually.. I believe search the software market of use the search tab to look for em.. they really are easy to code but just time consuming that's all
