• Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned for scamming(multiple scams occured).
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: In those days we used msn, I no longer have access to it(if the staff somehow can find the email connected to the account I could try and log in to the live account idk if MSN transferred over to "outlook") if you guys could PM the users I scammed and ask for: but one of them was last active in 13'.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
• I was never caught for this: but I shared accounts with a formally banned user, it's been so long I don't remember his name him and I were running services together with the same account which is against the rules.
• Detailed description of the events that took place I am not going to hide behind the fact that my partner who I was aware was a scammer(reason he wanted to share accounts was because his was banned) I knew the risk and at the time frankly didn't care and just wanted GP.
• After the scams occurred I claimed hacked because of the fact that my partner who continued to clean me in game for a total of 1b at the time that was a lot more than it is now. (we shared accounts)
• I had the opportunity to repay and simply quit and turned my back on all of the victims selfishly and never had the integrity to own up to what at the end of the day was my fault.

Why I Believe I should be pardoned:
I honestly don't know if it is possible for me to be unbanned since I have no way of repaying my victims, currently I'm posting of a VPS because i'm in a hotel but I can post from my home IP and maybe prove that I have not been evading, in my 3rd year of college I'm moving from Houston > Austin(go longhorns!)
at the time of the scams I was not immature I was not a scumbag.. I was simply selfish and did not want to repay for something I had not benefited from- even though I was fully responsible for giving a scammer access to my account, and then with access to the funds from a successful service I still decided not to pay because "I didn't do it", but again I do understand it is my responsibility and my mistake.
With that being said at the time I had a moral compass that pointed the right direction, but a brain that lacked the ability to do what was right. -I knew what the right thing was to do, and neglected to do so-
I have no way of proving my rehabilitation and/or growth in character I'm willing to donate the funds to a non-profit of the staffs choice(or donate what I scammed to sythe without a rank/ability to say I donated it), and/or activate the "sythe verified user" I'm not exactly sure what it is but if it requires giving a little information to you guys in an attempt to prove my legitimacy I'm all ears.

(*)Proving it is me and not some hacker: I know like runescape accounts some blackhats try to recover inactive/banned accounts (Hey I could repay this scam and donate 200$ and since he's from 2011 gain some vouches and then go on a massive scam streak)
My home IP is literally miles from my creation IP and can post from it/I might have access/be able to recover the email I tend to use the same recov questions- just dont know what email it is)
I also know theres no way to prove im not here to commit: point (*), but like I said I'm willing to activate the Sythe verified rank, and hope that my want to repay- rather than start a new account gives me a little benefit of the doubt..
I know scammers arent taken lightly and are not easily forgiven, and conditiional reports are NOT allowed, but I doubt I'd trade much as I dont even play RS anymore..
I'm a man with bills.. a girlfriend.. tuition to pay.. have had my kicks in life, have had my funs.. what goes around comes around..
at the time of this I wanted an AGS, a blue partyhat, infinity boots to match my gilded.. and didn't think twice about the fact that I was responsible for the lost of peoples hard earned money. I had the ability to repay and just didn't.
You guys can come up with a non-profit organization/or how to donate to sythe & the specific amount to redeem myself from the money that was scammed. & vote after I provide proof of repayment. I can also post from home so you guys know that even if denied I wont be making an account from my clean IP at home..

I am guilty of everything I was banned for as well as account sharing(which was never discovered)
I'm going on vacation for a few days but I'll keep up with the thread and hope for any reply
