mods do your damn jobs

I'm tired of seeing shit like this take place here and no mod bothering to do their job if you don't want to or can't do your job don't take it. Just because its a job without pay doesn't make it anymore less of a job.

 

Just report the post, chances are even with the amount of posts it has right now it'll attract Mod's attention to it anyway.

 

Generally Runescape moderators (Sectionals) are the only
ones who can handle these, and currently theirs
only two of them. The staff will fix that up soon, but 12 hours with two mods, it's very possible they've both been asleep or accidentally missed it.

 

I'm fairly sure globals would be able too also

 

Yeah I know that Globals can but I mean, Runescape mods are much more likely to prowl the section and notice the issue compared to globals. Plus I don't think Globals check every report, at least not every 12 hours. I'm sure if one was PM'ed they'd get to it straight away though.

 

It's not a mod's "job" to clean up a mess.
Of course they were chosen to be moderators because they were active in that section, but it's not their obligation.

They're not paid to do it; it's completely voluntary service.

 

It annoys me how people keep posting in those threads bumping it back to the top. SMH.

To OP: Rather than wasting your time and ours, maybe take the initiative to report the post to an online mod, rather than attempt to demean us with threads like this. We're all people like you. We have lives, we have jobs, we have school. We can't be on top of every little thing the moment it happens.
