i was looking through my virus scanner the other day and it found some riskware,hidden data sending

when i click remove it shuts me down

i reccommend you use a software called Spybot search and destroy here's the official website http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

it scan all ur start up and kill keylogger and aother junk, in my view spybot search and destroy is the best spyware killers out there.

Ad-Aware SE Personal is also very good.

 

Where i tried to get onto my computer it came up with "NTLDR missing Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart" so did and nothing happened.Also i removed my memory drive.

 

OK first your "memory drive" be specific is it a second harddrive? Because that NTDLR error means that your BIOS/boot record (dont remember which) cant find an OS (operating system) so put the hdd your removed back in and boot off that

 

Flash your BIOS > Set everything up to work on the right OS > Boot in Safemode > Load the Anti-Virus > Scan > Remove everything harmful.

Hopefully safemode will work becuase the virus won't be able to initialize.

 

sorry not a memory drive a card reader...on a website it said that the computer might be trying to boot of it

 

Simple then, just set it to boot of the HDD
