Scammer : Spya

Item : I bought a pure account for 200$ from him and invested about 120$ into questing and had around 140m on the account. today when i was pking at the g.e bounty world i was logged off and the account was locked. so i went and changed the password and it let me log back in. then about 3-5 minutes later i was logged off again. this time my password was changed and when i went to the website to recover the account it told me that the registered email was m******@gmail.com and thats not my email. the only person who can recover a account and change the email with out access to my email is the owner. infact i even tried to recover the account after with the information that spya provided me and i was denied by jagex.


NEW ( SPYA has now responded and claimed that it was not him who recovered the account and says that it was on my end. but i checked my pc and i have no let anyone else on the account and i don't go to any websites i only use steam / rs client. he said that if i closed the thread that he would reocver it for me but he it wasnt his fault for the gold 140 on it worth lost. and i closed the thread because i thought i would never get anything back even the account without it. then he goes to recover it tries 3x and gets denied all the times. now i need you to talk to him he needs to give me a new account with equal stats and value of the stuff on it unlike the one which he sold me that obv had multiple people have acess to it before he sold it to me. it also had a ban strike. but i think that he didn't even create the account and that he sold it to me and lied. )

Info : 2ish weeks after being bought today it was recovered / locked 2x. first time I got it back second time the email was changed and the stuff on the account we can assume is gone. Spya is not responding.
total loss : 400-450$

Can you show me screenshots of where he said it got declined 3x?

i really would like to be provided from spya with an account that is secure with equal stats / items because thats what was promised with my purchase and he claims that he has nothing to do with it being hacked and unrecoverable but i think he shared the account with other people and it was compromised before he gave it to me. it took about 3 weeks for it to get recovered.

 

He has to recover the account for you or provide you with a refund equal to the accounts current stats (we cannot prove items/gold.)
I've placed a DNT on him until he has replied.

I'm moving from place to place and so it's hard to backtrack original creation location. I can assure you, that either I will make a successful report (will try to make one in final location this week), which is most likely, or resolution of customer's wish will be made.

Just for completeness though, the user had access to the account before it was locked and after the items were stolen. I wouldn't had access to the password, and if I were to recover it, user wouldn't been able to log in and check.

This suggests that user's computer is infected, and it would be appropriate to make sure that scenarios like this would not occur in the future again.

 

I never had access to the account after the items were stollen thats not correct. After the account was recovered and the email was changed i never was able to log back in. So i have no idea if the items are on there technically but since the account was stolen we can only assume that they were stolen also. The account does not seem like it was secure when I bought it from you and that multiple people had access to it which i was not informed. I think that I should be given a account that is secure. What is going to stop it from being recovered again from who ever you let on the account? I lost 140m 100+$ of gold on it because you sold me a unsafe account. Now how am I supposed to use it because it takes items to be enjoyable and it will just get recovered again. If you can even recover it....

 

You said that your money was stolen in the picture and accused me of taking it.

I would like to know what he meant too.
He probably means that somebody has access to the account because of the recovery. I can send you full chat log if you would like to investigate, though none other than me had access to the account when it was sold.

 

So you are the OO of this account and no has ever had the information except for yourself?

 

Nobody has owned it, and I'm the creator of this account, yes. Only person that had access to this account was quester half a year ago, who had password for half a day.

isnt the account now compromised forever because the person can just keep logging in? if apparently im key logged even though i don't go to any websites accept steam..

 

i complely lost motivation on playing on a account that i invested 450$ on lost 150 to it being hacked and now I can't use it because it will just be hacked again and its not safe.

 

There is no evidence that the account was hacked, we have to assume here that either 1) it was hacked or 2) you are saying it was hacked to receive a refund because you don't want to play Runescape anymore. Without solid evidence we cannot lean either way, the account was recovered for you and now is back in your possession. Unless you have any evidence then there's nothing further we can do.

 

It was hacked it was set to a diffrent email thats not mine. And I Don't think I was keylogged I never go to any websites besides steam. I lost 140m bank tab value . I still think that it was him or someone he let on the account just cleaning it of gold and knowing that he could get away with it. Because I was standing at g.e about to go pking on pvp world and i was logged off and email / pass was changed.
